With a welcoming, and playful aesthetic, the website serves to reflect the vibrant and community-focused nature of the sustainable homes Academy has to offer. The site prioritises ease of navigation, allowing users to quickly explore the residences, whilst learning about the sustainable building practices.

The website serves as a key source for lead generation, with strong calls to action, enticing users by combining an inviting design with user-friendly functionality.

Preston Crossing has a unique, modular design that effectively segments the different residential offerings for the project.

Designed by SeeSaw Studio, the website allows users to filter homes based on their preferences, such as architect, property type, or budget. This filtering system helps users quickly find homes that meet their specific needs, streamlining the decision-making process. Additionally, the site includes interactive masterplans, giving users a visual representation of the project area and highlighting the different property types within it.

Designed by TCYK, the Merri Northcote website was crafted to create an engaging user experience, showcasing the development’s sustainability-driven homes while integrating with a clean and modern design, highlighting the locations natural surroundings. By combining scroll effects, interactive maps and ease of navigation, the website guides visitors smoothly through the content, enhancing the storytelling around the homes and the areas natural beauty.
