[ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE]

[ABOUT THE ROLE]

As an Account Manager at Efront, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team and share the responsibility of creating great work and a great work environment. We’re down-to-earth, professional and approachable. We create polished, high-performing WordPress websites for ambitious organisations and established brands like Cotton On, PCYC, Caulfield Grammar, Beechworth Honey, and Camp Quality.

You’ll be the person who helps keep things moving — making sure projects land well and clients feel looked after. It’s hands-on, collaborative and a great way to build your digital and account management skills and industry knowledge.

We’re looking for someone who knows their digital!

Not just the difference between a CMS and CSS or that an IP address has nothing to do with intellectual property. The role calls for a good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Email Marketing and you’re excited by the adventure of AI and how you can bring this to our clients.

 

[WHAT YOU’LL DO]

  • Be a friendly, responsive point of contact for our clients to manage and grow relationships, both design agencies and end-clients
  • Organises project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings and budget – managing projects from brief through to delivery
  • Keep communication clear, concise and aligned
  • Review work, test changes and help maintain our quality standards
  • Interpret basic analytics and SEO data to help inform next steps
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with the team
  • Help streamline and improve internal processes

 

[WHO YOU ARE]

You’ll be super responsive and expect your websites to be the same. A switched on fast learner who is organised, creative, yet still practical. While you have a passion for cutting red tape, you’re no cowboy.

You are:

  • A quick study who works with a genuine sense of urgency
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Creative enough to see possibilities; practical enough to actually get things done
  • Someone who quietly winces at buzzwords like “deep dive” and “circle back” but you also know when the moment calls for them
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and thinking ahead
  • A team player who brings positivity, humour and humility
  • Someone who gets things done and has fun doing it
  • Experienced in administration, customer service, or account coordination (highly regarded)
